Embroidery
- 
Logos are stitched directly onto garments using a variety of thread
colors and stitch types. Each logo is first transformed from a digital
format to an embroidery format ie: digitizing. Many different placement
options are available
depending on the logo and garment type- ex. heart, sleeve, yoke,
hood, collar, hip and ankle. Price is determined by number of pieces
and total stitch count of design.

Emblems
/ Patches -
This is a die cut twill fabric which is embroidered and
finished with a ravel proof border and laminate backing. The patch
can be sewn onto garments allowing it to be removed and replaced
repeatedly. Due to number of processes needed to manufacture patches
there are longer lead times and higher minimums than direct embroidery.
Price is determined by size of patch, qty. and stitch count. |

Screen
Printing -
Designs are printed directly onto garments using long lasting, flexible
inks. This tends to be the most economical option for larger design
areas such as full front or full back, down the sleeve or down the
leg but can be used for smaller areas as well. Price is determined
by number of pieces as well as number of colors printed and complexity
of artwork. |

Applique
/ Tackle Twill
a custom cut piece of fabric (usually twill) in one or more colors/layers
is sewn onto a garment typically with a zig-zag stitch. Additional
embroidery can be added as shown in this picture (eagle and text)
Price is determined by size of appliqué, number of colors/layers
used and quantity ordered. |

Player
Name / Number -
any jersey or shirt can be personalized with a player name and number.
Heat press letters and numbers (pictured) are the more affordable
and most commonly used. They are available in many styles/fonts
and can be applied as single or multi-color. Tackle twill name and
number are used on high end player jerseys and also available in
single and multi-color. |

Die
Cut Metal -
Custom die cut metal logos can be applied to caps, hard hats, glassware
and key chains. Available in two and three dimensional cuts and
in brass, gold silver, copper and pewter finishes. 72 pc. Min order.
Pricing is determined by qty., item, size, finish and artwork. |

Custom
Made Caps -
We can custom tailor a cap to your specifications. There are many
customizing options available such as: hat style, side-back-brim
embroidery, custom printed brim, custom printed closure, eyelets,
inside taping, and custom labeling. Due to the specifics of custom
orders longer lead times apply. Minimum order is 432 pieces. Looking
for hats with that all-over embroidered look and 12 piece minimums?
